Our store, delivery dates, the workshop and discount
In addition to our online shop, we also have a shop in Kiel. Here we offer you personal and competent advice to help you find your dream stroller. You also have the option of loading a pram or car seat into your pram to see how much space is left. Our in-house workshop is also located in our shop. Problems and damage of all kinds are taken care of here. We have many spare parts on site. However, if a part is missing or a repair is pending beyond our capabilities, we always have the option of contacting the manufacturer directly to order parts or to have entire cars repaired.
We always do our best to send the parts you have ordered to you as quickly as possible. As soon as we have received your payment, we will prepare all products for shipping and send them to you in a climate-neutral way (with GLS). Should parts of your order take longer to arrive, this can happen with large orders, we have the option of sending the first part of the order to you while we wait for the remaining products.
We always try to find a solution together with you. We are also at your side with advice and action in the event of a complaint.
If you order online, you can save 5% on the entire order by paying in advance.
