Order options and delivery dates
Of course, we always do our utmost to deliver all products to you on time. Unfortunately, we also have to rely on the delivery times of the manufacturers. Because sometimes certain products are currently not available and we also have to expect longer delivery times. This can also happen with self-configured products such as the Fox 3 combi stroller. Nevertheless, we always try to inform you in good time about the current status of your order.
Of course, we do not recommend ordering shortly before buying a stroller. The order should have been received at least 1-2 months before the cut-off date so that the car arrives in time for you.
We only send our products after we have received your payment. Then it is checked that all products are in stock and finally everything is sent together as environmentally friendly as possible. We usually wait until we have received all parts of the order to send them as a bulk order. For special requests, the first parts can also be sent before we receive the rest of the order.
If you choose to pay in advance when paying, you have the option to save an additional 5% on your purchase.
