The ABC Design success story began in 1989 when Dietmar and Evi Fischer founded the company in Germany. ABC Design is rethinking for the environment!
Plastic pollution is alarming, as a PET bottle takes 450 years to decompose and millions of tonnes of plastic end up in the oceans every year. With the Pure Edition, ABC Design is taking a stand against plastic waste by producing pram fabrics from up to 100 recycled PET bottles. The process involves cleaning, shredding and melting the bottles into granulate, which is then processed into polyester fibres and high-quality fabrics. With Design wheat, ABC Design goes even further and also uses recycled materials for the plastic elements of the pushchair, as well as biodegradable packaging made from recycled cardboard. ABC Design also supports the company "Click a Tree", which plants mangroves in the Philippines and fishes plastic out of the oceans!
Salsa 4 Air pushchair
