BeSafe Pregnant iZi FIX

The BeSafe Pregnant iZi Fix protects the unborn child when the three-point belt is fastened by preventing the pelvic belt from running over the abdomen and uterus or slipping there unintentionally.  The Pregnant iZi Fix should be used from the beginning of pregnancy, at the latest from the second month of pregnancy, as this can prevent miscarriage due to placenta detachment in the event of accidents or full braking. The pregnancy belt does not change the way the 3-point belt works in the car, it supports the correct position of the lap belt so that you always use the correct belt position.

The Pregnant iZi Fix can be used both with and without Isofix. On the front seats the harness is tightened around the seat back, on the rear seats the isofix must be used. If the driver or passenger seat has an isofix device, the iZi Fix pregnancy harness can also be attached there with the isofix hooks.

• Can be clicked onto the Isofix anchors or secured around the seat back using the attachment strap, so can be used on any seat in your car.
• The Pregnant pregnancy belt without Isofix (different article!), on the other hand, can only be fastened on the front seats, because here the fastening is only done by a belt around the seat back.
• The pregnancy belt does not influence the safety functions of the vehicle belt.
• It optimises the course of the vehicle belt and keeps the lap belt below the baby's belly, thus better protecting the foetus from injury in the event of an accident.
• Has been tested according to ECE R16.
• Combines comfortable driving for the mother-to-be with protection for the unborn baby.
• The pelvic belt attachment buckle is slightly tilted forward for ease of use for comfortable, regular use on every car journey.
• Continue to use the pregnancy belt for 2-3 months after a caesarean birth; the resulting optimised belt run can reduce or even prevent additional irritation to the incision tissue and scar from the pelvic belt.
