Bugaboo spare parts and our workshop

For all Bugaboo baby carriages that we offer in our range, there are of course also suitable spare parts. So you don't have to worry about being left without a stroller in the event of a defect. Even for older models, we often still have suitable parts in stock or can request them from the manufacturer for you. Many parts are available as a complete spare parts set with installation instructions, which you can easily install or replace yourself at home. For other spare parts, installation by our workshop is required. If there are any problems, we will of course be happy to advise you by telephone. If you are from northern Germany, you also have the option of bringing the stroller or seat to our store. As we are a Bugaboo Service Center, we can also repair a Bugaboo stroller outside of the warranty on behalf of Bugaboo.

Please remember to make an appointment. It is also advisable to make a telephone inquiry in advance to ensure that the spare parts are in stock and that we can carry out the repair. Our workshop is open on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Despite the many detailed descriptions and pictures on our website, we recommend that you always consider a consultation on site. In addition to expert advice, you will also have the opportunity to try out the stroller, take a test drive in the store and try out the folding and other mechanisms for yourself. We also offer to load the baby carriage into the trunk of your car to see if everything fits and if there is still enough space for shopping bags or similar things.
