Of course, while you are using your Cybex stroller, a part can break or wear out. Then of course not the whole stroller is broken, because almost all parts can be exchanged for corresponding spare parts. You will find a large selection of the most common spare parts on our website. The Cybex models are premium strollers that keep their promises. Therefore, many of the parts can be installed or exchanged from home. For special spare parts or major repairs, please contact us directly. As a Cybex service point, we are happy to help.

We also have the option of ordering parts for older models or special spare parts separately from the manufacturer Cybex. Many spare parts are special orders, so please contact us personally.

In our in-house workshop, our workshop manager can carry out repairs directly on site. If you are from the area, you can drop the car right by. Otherwise you have the option to send the car to us. For major repairs or in the event of a complaint, we can also send the entire car to the manufacturer for you.
