The 3 in 1 thermometer measures not only the body temperature of your child, but also the surface temperature, for example of porridge, and the ambient temperature. The measurement for body temperature can be taken both in the ear and at the temple. For measurement in the ear, the sensor cap can be removed. The measurement takes only one second. You will be warned both optically and acoustically in case of increased temperature.
The only important thing to note is the possible deviations depending on where you take the measurement. The core temperature can be determined optimally rectally. In the ear, the temperature is on average 0.5 degrees and at the temple 1 degree Celsius lower.
