Solution S2 i-Fix - a flexible child seat
The Solution S2 i-Fix is the further developed version of the Solution S i-Fix and accompanies your child from the age of approx. 3 years (from 100 cm, from approx. 15 kg) to 12 years old - the headrest and thus the The back height and the belt guide can be adjusted 12 times and adapted to every growth spurt.
The functions of the seat have been refined and improved. For example, the Solution S2 i-Fix now has an already activated linear side impact protection - manual opening of the L.S.P.-element is no longer necessary, as the side impact protection is already integrated into the side and is permanently active.
In addition, the patented reclining headrest protects the child's head and helps keep their head in a protected position even when sleeping. The head and shoulder protectors, the L.S.P. system and the energy-absorbing shell contribute as usual to a safe car journey by absorbing the forces acting in the event of a (side) impact and distracting them from the child.
Features at a glance
- Optimal support for the child's head: The tilt-adjustable headrest supports the child's head in such a way that it does not fall forward while sleeping. Protection for the head in the event of a side impact is most effective inside the headrest. In the event of an accident, your child will be protected by the seat's head and shoulder protectors.
- Integrated side impact protection: The linear side impact protection has been further developed and is ready for use right from the start without additional installation. Together with the energy-absorbing shell, the forces of a side impact are reduced by approx. 25%.
- Height-adjustable headrest: the headrest can be height-adjusted 12 times with one hand and can thus be optimally adapted to the respective height of the child. The seat can be used by children from around 3 to 12 years of age and the belt guide is always automatically kept in the correct position when the headrest is adjusted.
- Comfortable seat temperature: The integrated ventilation system means that less heat accumulates in the seat, especially in summer. The air circulation system under the cover fabric ensures that refreshing air can flow through the child seat and keeps the fabric pleasantly dry and cool.
- Isofix installation: With the two isofix arms you can install the seat in your car safely and easily. Isofix prevents, among other things, the seat from slipping when the child moves in it and makes it easier for the child to buckle up with the car's 3-point seat belt.
- Wide, comfortable seat: The wide and deep seat is equipped with a comfortable seat cushion (part of the cover fabric) and makes the Solution S2 the most comfortable place in the car for your child and offers them plenty of space to grow and get bigger.
- Flexible backrest: The angle of inclination of the backrest can be adjusted to any vehicle seat, regardless of whether the backrest is steeper or sloping. So you can flexibly install the seat in any place in the car.
- Energy-absorbing shell: In the event of an accident, especially a side collision, the forces are absorbed by the energy-absorbing shell and deflected by the child. Your child is protected from the direct impact forces.
