In the event of a collision, the sophisticated 5-point harness system cleverly distributes the force of the impact to the shoulders, hips and pelvis, directly onto the protective shell of the seat. This means your child is protected from all sides. Britax has not only thought about safety, but also about comfort. The harness is equipped with special shoulder pads that nestle gently against your child's body. A shock-absorbing foam cushion protects your child's sensitive neck and at the same time ensures coziness with a padded edge.
Your child's tummy is secured by an additional fourth attachment point on the lap belt without restricting freedom of movement. Safety comes first, but the relaxed riding experience is not neglected either. Thanks to the innovative EasyRecline function of the Advansafix Pro, the recline angle of the seat can be adjusted effortlessly while your child remains securely strapped in. This means that your little one can also be spontaneously placed in a resting position and traveling becomes child's play.

The Advansafix Pro is always by your side! Children grow so quickly that it's hard to keep up. That's why buying a child car seat in advance is particularly practical, because this seat accompanies you and your child from 15 months to 12 years of age without the need to buy a new one. This car seat offers optimum safety from infancy to the teenage years. You can easily adjust the perfect fit for your child by adjusting the headrest and using the FLIP&GROW function to switch from the 5-point belt system to the 3-point vehicle belt as soon as your child reaches 100 cm (max. 105 cm / 22 kg). Switching is child's play and the 5-point harness can later be stowed away in the backrest compartment. Thanks to the lap belt guide and shoulder pad, your child sits comfortably and safely.
Premium "Full-Cover" cover
The child seat is protected on all sides by a full cover, which ensures that the seat shines like new even after years of use. This cover can be removed in no time at all and cleaned in the washing machine. This benefit eliminates any concerns about spills, whether it's from spilled drinks or unexpected nausea from your child during the ride. You can concentrate on what's really important and not worry about the condition of the seat.
Safe installation
The child seat is installed and secured using the ISOFIX arms and the Top Tether. The combination of these two elements ensures optimum safety in the event of a car accident. The top tether ensures a secure position of the seat in the car and minimizes unsafe rocking back and forth, which means that your child's head and neck are particularly well protected. The ISOFIX arms can be operated independently of each other, making installation very easy.
ADVANCED SIDE IMPACT PROTECTION - SICT
By attaching the additional side impact protection to your child seat on the side facing the door, you ensure even more protection for your child during the journey. In the event of an accident, the ingenious technology directs the forces of an impact away from your child and reduces them by up to 40% (based on internal Britax Römer safety tests and simulations).
