The Donkey 5 Duo is perfect for you if you are either expecting your second child or already have two small children. The Donkey 5 adapts to your needs. You can use the supplied carrycot and a seat unit at the same time, or install two seat units directly on the Donkey 5. When your older child no longer needs to travel in the pushchair, you can reduce the Donkey 5 to one seat and push the frame together. This makes it very easy to turn it into a mono pushchair. No matter which version you choose: The Donkey 5 adapts and convinces with excellent quality. This has the advantage that you can use it for years - even if a third sibling comes along in a few years. The high-quality fabrics and the timeless design contribute to you and your children feeling comfortable with the Donkey 5 for many years to come. The scope of delivery includes a frame, a frame for a carrycot with matching cover and two frames for seat units with matching covers. You will also receive a bottom and a side basket. The side basket can be used if you are only using one seat unit.

Comfortable solution for you and your children
Thanks to the ergonomic carrycot and seat unit, your children's healthy development is supported while they sit and lie comfortably at all times. You can keep in touch with your children at all times through the ventilation window in the canopy. If your children need to take their nap on the way, the canopy can be extended with the help of a zip. For you, the height-adjustable push handle offers perfect comfort.
A flexible solution for everyone
With little effort, you can convert the Donkey 5 back to a mono pushchair or equip it with another carrycot for newborn twins. This way you are prepared for the future and don't have to buy another pram if you are planning another addition to the family or no longer need a duo pram because one of your children has outgrown it. Thanks to the available accessories, you can let your older child ride along with a ride-on board, for example.
On the move on any terrain
The non-marking PE wheels ensure an optimal driving experience. The Donkey 5 is suitable for any surface. On flat ground, it shines with its tight turning circle thanks to the movable front wheels. If you want to drive on uneven terrain, like in the forest, the front wheels can be locked. Sand, pebbles and snow can be tackled in two-wheel mode, which you can use with the seat units. The suspension cushions further unevenness.
Quickly stored
You can fold the Donkey 5 in two ways. You can leave the carrycot or seat unit on the pushchair and fold the whole pushchair with just a few easy steps. If you have a narrow hallway or only small rooms, you can also store the Donkey 5 upright. For air travel, for example, you can also remove the carrycot, the seat unit, the side basket and the wheels to achieve a smaller pack size.
What's new about the Donkey 5?
More air circulation
The new air- and light-permeable net in the Donkey 5's carrycot significantly improves air circulation. In addition, siblings who are not yet tall enough to see into the tub from above can also have contact with their little sibling.
Higher seat unit and carrycot
To protect your back, Bugaboo has now positioned the carrycot and seat unit higher to make it easier to put in and take out. It also puts the children closer to you and further away from harmful fumes. The carrycot is now 51 cm high and the seat unit is 57 cm high.
Easier to fold
The Donkey 5's folding mechanism has been redesigned to be even more intuitive. This means you can store or assemble it more quickly and have less stress in your everyday life because you have the pushchair easily to hand and can concentrate fully on your children.
Attachment points
Another new feature on the Bugaboo Donkey 5 are the new attachment points on the frame. You can use them to attach additional accessories such as the cup holder or the ride-on board for older siblings.
New 5-point harness
Bugaboo has integrated a new harness system for even easier handling. Here you can open and close the 5-point harness with just one hand thanks to the quick-click function and yet your children will always sit safely and comfortably.
Better design
The design has also changed. For example, the wind cover of the carrycot no longer has any seams. Also, the frame is now graphite, whereas before it was silver. The high-quality design has now been made calmer, e.g. the design of the wrist strap has been revised and the logo is now embroidered.
The Donkey 5 can also be used as a mono and twin pushchair
You can also use the Donkey 5 Duo as a mono or twin pushchair. You already have everything you need to convert it into a mono pushchair. If you are expecting twins, you can buy an additional carrycot.

We, the Baby Garage, are an official Bugaboo Service Centre. This means that we carry out professional repairs in accordance with the Bugaboo standard and can help you with any questions you may have about the warranty. We are also happy to repair your Bugaboo pram after the warranty has expired. When you buy a Donkey 5 Duo, you automatically get a two-year warranty. If you register your pram with Bugaboo within three months of purchase, you can get an additional two years of warranty. To do this, you will need the proof of purchase, the serial number and your personal details.
Our service does not end with the purchase. We will be happy to advise you by e-mail, telephone or in person in our shop in Schwentinental which pram suits you best. To ensure that you have as much fun as possible with your Donkey 5 for as long as possible, we offer a comprehensive range of spare parts. If you cannot find the part you need, please contact us. We will take care of requesting the part from the manufacturer as quickly as possible. If you need a repair, this can be done by our in-house workshop in our shop. To bridge longer repairs if necessary, you can get a loaner pushchair from us.
